Lewis harrowing pensioners for payments

It’s recently come to my attention that my granny along with many other pensioners, solely reliant on the Sassa pension payments, have been given credit to make purchase at Lewis store. They are struggling to keep up with the payments ask when a payment is skipped the months instalment doubles. To further harass or elderly people, Lewis has a team of “debt collectors” going to the pensioners house to collect this money and threatening them with legal action and court orders. We speaking of 70 year old people that’s being intimidated by Lewis staff.
