Lewis group - Total ****mers and *****sters

I have had it with Lewis group and constantly doing credit checks on my name without my consent. 2020 *** I was basically not given anything concrete to work with. Matter was not resolved. Today, another credit enquiry was done, this time around by Bears Malelane. I’m sent from pillar to post with no feedback. I want both enquiries removed from my bureau, with immediate effect. Lewis group must lose my number immediately. I have no relationship with you, never had. To make matters worse, your sales people hide behind our enquiries. I spoke to the Branch Manager Joseph Khoza, he was yet to get back to me. He hung up. I’ve been trying to call the shop to no avail. This service is pathetic, ********* and should in no manner be condoned. I WANT BOTH Sales people to be dealt with, as well as my bureau updated accordingly to no credit enquiry done at any of your shops. This time you will resolve my issue to my satisfaction. Remove me from your marketing list. Serve my query with dignity and respect. Provide me with written feedback to take to the Ombudsman.
