Lewis group (Inspires) ***** account

I have been contacted by lawyers using this number ***. they said i'm having an account with Lewis group (Inspires). This worried me since i have never opened any account with Lewis group (Inspires). On the 17 &19 September 2019 I have contacted Lewis group (Inspires) to inquire and Onami (call center agent) could not validate my information as the address and my numbers do not correspond with the one which account was open under. Onami then requested me to do an affidavit and send it togerther with 3 signatures and copy of my ID which i did. According to her, She escalated the matter to her manager who was suppose to contact me. on the 25 September 2019, i have called Lewis group (Inspires) to make follow up since the manager never contacted me and i'm still waiting.

I cannot understand how could Lewis group (Inspires) not authenticate the details of buyer before delivering the goods. Can someone sort this out as is affecting my lending record.
