I posted a compliment for the amazing Manager of Real Beds Cresta on the Contact Us section of the Lewis website. Today, I get a call from an agent asking me for my ID number in order to capture my compliment on their system. What planet are these people on???? Thank goodness, I complimented the Manager of the store directly.
