Lewis Greytown de*****ed my parents

My Parents opened an account in Lewis (Greytown branch) to buy a bed but to the surprise a lady by the name of Nokulunga Sithole added a microwave and did not tell my father. My fathers bed was delivered but not the russel hobbs microwave. This happend in 2022 and its 2026 and they still never brought the microwave. Out of curiosity I asked my father why is he still paying for a bed and I requested to see the invoice. Onky to find that a microwave was added. I called Lewis head office to get help, I was assisted by a lady called Sabatha. She kept saying she will get back to me as the DC or area manager is not contactable.. This was beginning of February.. Eventually the area manager called me from the PMB landline on the 19th Of february 2026 and took my cellphone number. She advised she is going into a meeting with her boss at 11am and will revert back to me but till today she is no where to be seen. I then escalated to head office supervisor in hope to get help since Sabatha was now always not available for me and the area manager not getting back to me, I spoke to Loraan who then said she will send me an email requesting certain documents and the was 23 Feb 2026. I rep**** same day with the documents. She advised that they would work on my fathers account and should not take more then a day and will call to tell me the account is cleared and balance of microwave amount deposited back into the chosen account.. Today is friday 27 February 2026, I have not recieved a call or feedback. This is disapointing. I called but was told she is not available, I requested to speak to a manage which is Shanima whom also said not available... Who then can help.. SO TO MY UNDERSTANDING ITS FINE FOT STAFF MEMBERS TO DE***** OLD PEOPLE AND HEAD OFFICE DOES NOT HELP..GREYTOWN IS FULL OF OLD RURAL PEOPLE STRUGGLING, I CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY MORE HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS... Can we please get a resolution to this.. If we not getting the money back.. Let us be told instead of giving false hope.. People depend on this kind of money.
