<p>the salesman there by the name of MAX, sold me an incomplete product.</p> <p> </p> <p>The hifi system that i bought was repossessed and did not have the needed cables or remote control,he promised me that he would purchase those items out of his own pocket because i wanted to cancel the entire transaction.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 years later,i still cannot use the hifi to its full potential because I still do not have the cables or remotes.Max is a **** and will tell customers ANYTHING just 2 get the sale,but once u leave the store u are forgotten. I was given "discount" because it was a 2nd hand item not because the remote and cables were not included mxm</p> <p> </p> <p>goodbye lewis stores george...i never want 2 c ur faces again</p>
