Lewis George Hibernia street in the western cape - threatening & abusive towards clients that try to make payment arrangements

Do not recommend Lewis stores in George Hibernia street. They are rude and threatening. Had to make a payment late in December because I was out of town and in an area where internet & phone connection was non existent and refused to make arrangements. Instead they were rude & threatened me. After I told them there was nothing I could do till I am back. Since then all payments were made and the account is up to date. But they listed me as arrears at the credit bureau. I will not be leaving this here. I have laid a complaint with the credit bureau, and I am in the process of doing the same at NCR and Western Cape consumer protection.
