Lewis Furniture Store Service sucks

My aunt bought a Bed at Lewis {Hibernia Street in George} 2016, and 2017 she realised that the matrass strings were making noise, and she went to the store and reported the matter, and asked for the matrass to be replaced, they have made empty promises since then, that they are going to replace the matrass, I called the Store on the 12th March 2019 because I wanted to find out what is the hold back, and why they have not resolve a complaint of 2017. The manager was aware of the complaint and still did nothing about that, she asked a store man to call me back and the store man said they do have the matrass in the store and that they will deliver the it on the 13th March 2019, all I want to say is that the Manager is unable to resolve the matter of 2017, and still in 2019 she is unable to resolve the matter. I think it is unacceptable because my aunt is about to finish paying off the account and my worry is they will not help her after that.
