Lewis furniture store in Eldorado park

Me and my husband had the worse experience the staff are very unprofessional they sit and gossip about customers while you are waiting to be helped.

My husband app**** for credit he was told he was approved he than paid a deposit and signed all documents, they even created a debt order on his account.

Than to be told they need to send his document's to *****??? How do you only send documents to the ***** department after approval??? After paying Deposit??? After signing a contract??? After signing a mandate for a debt order????

Make it make sense???? They keep saying they will deliver the items, every time we followed up the store manager would change his story and say his waiting on the head office.

We requested for the head office number and spoke to the regional manager and she actually found out the documents were not sent to anyone. Which means the store manager is a ****.

They sell you dreams with their false advertising, "SAME DAY DELIVERY" "NO Deposit " but there's no such thing!

Hire the right people to work in the store those staff members are toooooo comfortable there! Even gossiping about clients while other clients are sitting and listening and waiting for help.

Drove up and down because they gave me so much stories, wasted my petrol and airtime.

And I'm not the only person that has experienced this with this very store.
