LEWIS Furniture store Boitekong Mall Rustenburg !!!

I would like to express my disappointing experience and frustration with Lewis furniture Store at Boitekong Mall in Rustenburg. I went into to the store to check if I qualify for a credit and i did qualify, I was helped by two consultants since they didn’t have name tags, and they took me through the whole process until the very end, what surprised me was at the very end, where a stock Oder was already issued out I was told they suspect ***** because my employer made a slight mistake of my name, I called my employer and he called them back to explain the issue was on their side, despite being treated like am a suspect and a ***** star I was told to go home they will get back to me and unfortunately they did not.I called the following day to check how far is the process I was told they will get back to me once again, I don’t understand what is taking them so long just to tell me if they can help me or not so I can proceed to the next store if need be, it shouldn’t be taking so long if I Qualified for credit and why did they take me through the process to the very last end to even choose furniture, they are making excuses that they don’t have electricity but they helped me when it was load shading because am very much aware they have back up.How can a store operate without electricity for so many days without backup plan? I might look stupid to them but am actually not as stupid as they think. I desperately need help to further this matter to the relevant authorities because clearly they are failing me at store level.
