This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience with Lewis furniture in Phoenix plaza.. The head office need to change they staff they are rogues an races staff.... From the last experience of the staff coming to the car park to see if I own a car to nw the Branch Manger of kwa mashu comes to my house to see if I live there.... This is nonsence I'm flipen Comng to buy a TV an a labtop for my child in matric u dnt have the ryt to come to my house whn I'm not there to dig wit my mum that's so sickly an ask them my personal life... Even if I love at my moms house 3 days an live wit man in the world my personal life story got nothing to flipen to wit buying a TV...... Ur branch Manger of kwa mashu is disgusting I dnt advice any1 to buy from lewis furniture an will continue to tell every1 my experience including put this on social med for lewis not to get business who's store ever to.. Or they too fast to take your money an when u ask ur refund cause they declined ur application they refuse an ask so many questions an will nor proof of payment dbt want to give ur money but really ur mst have it on ur system
