Lewis Furniture has a bad service

I bought a bed September 2017 at Lewis in newcastle, the bed is already making noise n uncomfortable and I hardly sleep on the bed because I come home ones or twice a month for a weekend, they can't even help me with my issue and I feel there's nothing I can do I bought the bed cash.
