LEWIS FURNITURE GAVE ME A FRIDGE THAT WAS ON DISPLAY AND HAD DENTS.S.

I bought a fridge at Lewis Protea glen mall branch in the year 2021 we were assisted by a salesman called Jackson. When the fridge was delivered it was not in the box they gave me a fridge that was on display in the shop it also had dents on it. I went back to the shop to complain and Mitheri (Regional manager) was called, she told us she will assist in sorting this mess even Thabiso the guy that deals with customer queries promised to assist us as well till today no response from them and I've been paying Lewis every month without fail. All I need from them is to fix this whole issue and stop giving me run arounds!!!!
