Lewis Furniture (ATHLONE)

I’ve reported multiple times to them that my washing machine is faulty. They’ve sent someone out 3-4 times to repair it but it’s still not working as it should.

Everytime I contact them then either their system is offline or they tell me they going to log the complaint. I’ve reported this matter weeks ago.

I’ve contacted head office and they told me the branch will be in contact with me but I had to contact them myself.

I do not think this is fair because I’m done paying them.

I DO NOT WANT IT FIXED AGAIN I WANT A NEW WASHING MACHINE, because everytime it’s fixed then it breaks again
