Lewis ***** department not helpful!

I would like to complain about Lewis stores after they listed my name with SAFPS, I made countless follow-ups with then to have my name removed the listing with SAFPS since I'm not the one who app**** for a credit they're claiming i made with ********** documents. This listing is ruining my life and my work as i work for a financial sector. I even had my bank accoints put on hold due to this listing.

Thank you, I hope things will be done better this time around because i was not even shown what documents were used on this ********** activity, I was only told they used a ********** bank statement of which I haven't been using the account in question and also if the person went to the shop we can prove it by getting a footage because this is frustrating me and it is sabotaging my career and life, I really need to clear my name.
