Lewis Fochville ***

I have a very bad experience with clearing my name after my credit should have been cleared 9 years ago. I were under debt review and is now clear for 9 years. Last year February 2019 I wanted to buy a double and a tree quarter bed at Lewis in Fochville. I supp**** them with the clearance certificates and heard nothing from them so I took my business else were. Now I want to buy a TV and Fridge and still the same problem. It is now 2 weeks and they are still struggling to help me clear my name from Head Office. Can somebody please assist in this matter. I think it is bad service struggling to clear my name and start doing business with Lewis again. Or are they not interested in doing business in this difficult times?
