Lewis fix this or I'm taking action against the store

My name is Nonhlanhla Dladla,I've been a customer at Lewis,the service was good until I joined Dept review when DCPS didn't pay the account was sent back to the shop then I made arrangements with them,we agreed on Debit Order,they've been debating the amount or R350 every month,suddenly I received an email telling me that the account has been handed over and stated receiving call they say I've been reversing the money and that is not true I have proof of payment because the debating in account direct.
