Lewis False sales and reap off furniture shop

My mom bought sofas at Krugersdorp and she was never informed about the full terms of insurance only that if there'sa problem she can report and it got warranty.

The sofa due to sun penetrating at the windows, the colour has faded and she was told that its her own fault she was suppose to look after the furniture. What's worse she's a pensioner and was over charged with interest knowing that SASSA dates are not the same every month.

All she wanted was for the sofas to be fixed with new material hence it only took two years to to be worn out and Lewis sold false information to my mother and let her go make affidavits and that's not fair and what happened to warrant guarantee? Pay back the interest charged and just fix the sofa after all she was paying for insurance what happened to that money?
