Lewis employee's and company - You are *******.

I have insurance at Lewis on a laptop I purchased 3 to 4 years ago at Lewis stores, in China mall, Parow. I took the laptop in for either repairs or to get a new one after the poor quality laptop broke. It's been a full year since I have handed in the laptop with all required documents and Daphne and Imeraan has been giving me the run around regarding the fix or swap of the laptop. Lewis service is absolutely appalling. I want to file a police report against them for theft. They are *****, ******* and getting away with treating people like dirt. There customer service is non-existent and they simply just hang up on you. They simply just hang up on you and promise you call backs which never materialises. Never buy from this store!!!
