Lewis Eldorado Park

On the 18th of September, my husband and I took a top loader and a airfryer on account at Lewis in Eldorado Park. They delivered the goods same day, but we noticed that they brought an old top loader, there was water coming out of the machine and had a lot of stretchers on. The top loader was just wrapped with plastic not in a box. We then contacted the manager and he said he thought the machine was new but they will try and get another machine from the other branched. My husband and I keep following up on when are they fetching the old machine and when are they bringing the new machine. We are just told that they are fetching the machine from the branch in Randfontein, then we are told they fetching it from Pretoria. To date we are still waiting for the new machine. This is really frustrating and it makes me think, do they always do this to other customers where they deliver old goods and some people won't notice that it's a second hand thing they were given. We even went there last week Wednesday and we were told they found a new machine at another branch but it is not in a box.
