Lewis doesn't want to refund customers

I am sharing on behalf of my mom (pansioner) Mom received a very bad experience from lewis Mayfield Square🤮 she cancelled the contract on the 13th of September but even this day she hasn't received a refund. Been calling the store numerous time with a very annoying story that they are waiting for the head office to authorize the refund blah blah
