LEWIS DOES NOT FIX.

I bought a LG toploader washing mashine last year cash for R2999. Within 6 months there were something wrong with it. The program was confused. I went to see Lewis Stores about fixing it. I still had a garrantee on it. Took me 2 months for them to come and pick it up. I phoned the atleast twice a week and that cost me money. After 2 weeks I phoned them again to find out what's going on with my mashine. They told me I abused my mashine and have to pay allmost R600. At first I refuse cause the prob was not my fault but I paid them the money. After another 2 weeks I had to Phone them again then a week later after phoning head office and complaining they bring my mashine back. Then I discover my masjine isn't fixed at all. I went to them and told them that. That's 2 months ago and they still haven't picked it up to repair it. They keep on ignoring me. Plz I need help on this. I Allready spent a lot of money in phoning them and I'm fed up.
