Lewis couldn't care less of me, their customers

On the 8th April 2015 my dad purchased a fridge, TV, Microwave and a Base set at Lewis Pretoria North assisted by Naomi (Sales lady), two of the above mentioned items (Microwave & Tv) were delivered at his premises in PTA. The bed and fridge had to be delivered in durban, so she (sales rep) advised we could receive those outstanding goods in any durban branch as long as they got stock. During the the following week dad made a follow up and was told there is no stock in durban at all, so I (son) decided to visit the pinetown Lewis store only to find the items are there. <br> 1. The sales consultant liad to the customer because she never called and checked<br> 2. I asked pinetown sales rep to assist in connecting with PTA North branch and see if i can take these items from there store, Pinetown was happy to assist me. They call Naomi and asked her to call pinetown manager to arrange and forward necessary documents, an hour passed with no call from Naomi. Pinetown called them back again, and we received bad attitute from Naomi. <br> <br> Clearly she doesn't care about the customer that never got his items but she will be smileing at the end of the day because of her sales commissions. LEWIS SUCKS
