Lewis complaints

On behalf of ny mother. She bought a Kelvinator twin tub washing machine on 27 August in credit. Paid R2000 deposit (price was R3299 - 00)was delivered the next day. On 10 September 2020, she paid the balance and charged her over R2300 in other fees. I contacted the complaints department, only said they will get back to me in 48 hours.
