Lewis Coming To My Work Place After an arrangement had been made to pay on the Saturday after payday

I have an account with lewis pretoria cbd, paul kruger street which fell into arrears because I was having financial difficulties. They then decided to send someone in uniform to my work place to openly discuss my debt which is in fact ******* and goes against the NCA and Debt Collectors act. I called and made an arrangement that I would pay on my payday weekend ,Saturday after work. They still continued to call and harass me and insisted on coming to my work place to collect debt on the Saturday morning which i had told them I would make a payment after 13:30 when I knock off. You best educate your stuff on debt collection practices before we all lodge a complaint with the NCA for Harassment, ************ and violating of the Poppy Act.

So one of your stuff shows up at my work place and causes the biggest of scenes threatening to go to my place and reposes the furniture and refuses to give me a copy of my statement. Apparently he was sent by SBUSISO. I don't know how you conduct business.
