lewis china town very bad service!!

I am writing this complaint because when I made a cash purchase of a sIay bed at Lewis Parow China town branch and it got delivered the same day I bought it but when assembling the bed the *****s and the hooks came loose it was obviously faulty bed I called Lewis spoke to I assume the manager of Lewis and request they collect the faulty bed and give me a refund and over the phone she agreed to come n collect the faulty bed but its been a month already and I keep messaging and calling Lewis to come and collect the broken bed and return my money( R4000 )as I'm not happy with their service nor bed but too this day nothing has been done its apparently, its in process my query. I would like Lewis to stop false advertising about their products when it's not worth it. And collect their faulty bed and refund my money .
