Booked in my washing machine for repairs due to it making a noise when lifting up the lid after spinning and the washing tub is leaking , ever since no word from the store to communicate the progress of the repair . Today washing was done ,the spin is no longer working . I am fed up with this kind of service essentially when its under warranty and i am paying for insurance . Geraldine is aware of the matter ,went to the store today to find out how far they are with the matter , she told me unfortunately she , doesn't know the number of the supplier , very dissatisfied to hear that , since your selling something but after service is poor . I am pleading with Lewis headoffice for a way forward .
