LEWIS BEDS IS A ****! DONT BUY IT!

I Purchased a Bed from Lewis Stores just over a year ago. I noticed that the mattress is sagging and springs collapsed. And this is on my side and my husband's side of the bed. We cant sleep longer that 5 hours then we have to get up because of back pain. I went to the doctor recently and he also confirmed that my S1 L1 on my lower back is collapsed due to long and frequent incorrect posture sleeping. Yesterday 05 September 2026 I had to take my husband to the Doctor to get Voltaren injections because his entire back went into spasm because of this "Medi Spine" bed!! I want my money back or im taking Lewis to court for both me and my husband's back problems! Be both very active and healthy people, but lately we drinking more pain medication than daily vitamins for back pain. Our bed before this Lewis bed was a Seally Posturepedic and it lasted 13 years!!!! LEWIS BEDS LAST 13 MONTHS!!! I NEED ANSWERS AND A REFUND!! If I don't hear from you in 7 days, im cutting this mattress open and posting videos on Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram and X so that everyone can see how Lewis is ****ming us with cheap beds. Its Sunday today, 7 days then im exposing.
