Lewis/ Bears Furnishers Alberton Branch

I had a bad experience with Lewis/ Bears furniture's at Alberton branch. My partner have an account with them , he was paying his monthly installments until he got sick and could pay his account, and it was then i made arrangement with the store manager Portia Letsoalo to help my partner Mr. Louiza Nkosi to pay for his account because he was sick and not working and getting help at Swaziland, then i made arrangement for my bank account to be debited monthly the amount of R1500.00. Therefore i had i problem after i have made some payments , i was suspended at my work, so i went to report the matter to Portia that i have been suspended, and she asked me if i can get a Disability letter from the doctor who was treating my My Partner Mr. Nkosi . Then i did that . After leaving the shop after submitting the the letter to Portia i received a phone call from a Guy by the Name of Themba Magagula asking be about account of Mr. Nkosi. then i explained to him that i was just in the shop to submit the Unfit letter( Memorandum). So this month end of October my brother deposited me R2000 into my account so that i can pay for my daughters Exam fee and Bears Debited R1500 and i called Portia to explain to her that they have debited the wrong money, and she said it was not appearing it will appear on the 2nd of November so when i called Portia for a refund she said she is going to speak to the guy by the name of Themba Magagula to refund me, because refund can be made but she need to get Authorization from Themba Magagula first. the she called me and said Themba said i must call him. so I did call Themba Magagula and explain everything to him and that i am even resumed to my work and will continue helping my partner with the account payment and that i am will to pay R4000 this end of November because my company is going to back pay me., and that the money they debited is for my Daughters Exam fee, but Themba Magagula he was very rude to me and bulling me and saying that i wont get that refund as i was not paying for 3 months. Themba Magagula never respected me as a person who want to Help their customer Mr. Louiza Nkosi, instead he uses his power of management, not to refund my money even after i have told him that is for my Daughters Exam fee. So i am no happy with his service, Portia Letsoalo was willing to make a refund but as her Superior she could not refund me
