Lewis balance
My name is Rozwin Harris I am so unhappy with the service from Lewis store Roodepoort and customer service when I called in
I need someone that will tell me what the hell is happening on my account
I have two ref numbers with two different stories
Can someone call me from head office with valued reasons and explanation

There was a -4156.57 arrears on my account last week
Today it magical ****en dissappeared
Because the lady I spoke to said she doesn't see the arrears
The time I went in to sign the lastest agreement after the ****ed up couches i returned that costed 23 000 I was suppose to pay an installment of R500 and some odd....I payed R1700 and some odd
Where the **** did my other money go to that I overplayed
Lewis is ****ming me of my money
There was a -4156.57 arrears on my account last week

I will call the month of May to have the balance on my account and have this account closed
