Lewis bad service

Am unhappy regarding the service my grandmother got from Lewis store, she bought bedroom suit which had lots of issues, damaged and was returned when she got it back the condition was worse this was within a month of buy it, they store is refusing to refund her and replace the damaged goods she got, really sad how old people are treated in these stores.
