Lewis bad customer service
I bought a Kelvinator washing machine around September 2024. Last month the machine stopped working so i contacted the BRANCH(Lewis Atteridgeville). I then called the customer service line Seeing that 2 weeks has passed without a communication with me about when they were going to come pick up the Product. So both the Branch and the customer service are the same, they don't care about the frustrations of the customer. They proudly say it takes 21 working days to attend to the complaint of products that needs to be fixed.

09 May 2025, 13:35Lewis way of resolving client's complaint is not professional and it is not in the interest of the client. I had to buy parts and fix my washing machine on my own. I can't wait to finish paying this account. I will never recommend anyone to buy from Lewis in my cycle. Your service is horrible.
