Lewis are not taking their customers crus

Over a year ago I bought a bed on account at lewis in my account I'm paying for the bed, insurance and master guard But they did not spray my bed with the master guard but um paying for it it has been over a year now I'm complaining but they dont help me no one is will to I talked with 3 different managers of the store that I took my bed from in Johannesburg My bed is now stained I don't even think that master guard will still work
