lewis agent (Ms Chauke)made me buy bedroom suit which was out of stock and has not delivered it

I went to Lewis store on the 30th January 2021 at Thohoyandou branch, I bought 5 items including bedroom suit when I was on my way to their warehouse at Shayandima to take my furniture, that is when the agent (Ms Chauke) who was assisting me at the shop called telling me the bedroom suit is out of stock I wont be taking it home today they will deliver it on Monday (01st of February 2021) as they will have to take it from their Malamulele warehouse I got very angry but there was nothing I could do as I had already paid for it Today is the 03 February 2021 and when I ask the agent (Ms Chauke)who was assisting me, as to when will I get my furniture ,she just keep on saying I will get back to you I have been calling her since Monday and till now I am still waiting for my delivery
