Lewis AGAIN❗

Once again dealing with Lewis stores always needs to b a huge fight for the most simplest of queries. This will b my very last purchase at any Lewis, ever. Are u selling 2nd hand goods to unknowing clients and making it out to be brand new? 2nd bed ive received that is not up to standard or is the quality of ur products simply trash? I would not advise anyone to buy a bed (or anything for that matter) at Lewis stores
