Lewis advertises same day delivery. 3rd and still no delivery!!

I went to the Lewis store as they have the same day delivery and ordered my lounge suite and paid for it. Thus was a very slow process but once done I was told that it was too late for the same day delivery as it was almost 4pm. I waited the whole day the next day and still did not get it. I phone at about 4pm and told them I need this today and I was told it will only the following day before 9 am. Right now I am still waiting. Upon phoning the customer care I was told I would be contacted regarding this matter but I did not receive any calls. I live a few steps away from the store and the good could be carried into my place that's how far I am from the store.

I could have gone anywhere else and bought this but chose Lewis only because of the same day delivery but Lewis does not stick to their promises. I am very much dissatisfied with their services and promises they dont keep and that are used for marketing .
