Lewis accounts is a mess

I am Barend janse van Rensburg im having for the 4th time now a problem with my account like the last time i reported them the still say im behind payment on my account but the deduct the money every month from my bank account but still they say im behind this is affecting my credit score and putting my house loan in jepirdy at the bank so please people really think twice of buying something at lewis you will have more problems the happiness with them
