Lewis account balance never gets repayed!
I have three accounts. Never missed a payment on LEWIS STORES. Balance R17556 in October 2018 (paid the November and December installment in full - I have receipts to prove this) and after January payment still R17556. I went to the branch no one could explain or help and no response from customer CARE!! I keep getting sms that my account is outstanding but I always pay on time.
