Leqis store Wellington

I bought a furniture set at Lewis Wellington. Before the first installment was due, the seems of the set started to pull apart, along with other manufacturing problems.

They were also supposed to come and apply master guard to the set within the first week of sale.

This didn't happen.

I've complained about the seems that came loose as well as the masterguard with the manager, without sattisfaction.

I refuse ro pay, before these problems have been solved.

The manager made an appointment with me today at 16:00, but never showed. Yet, at 16:45 they phoned me for payment.

After 18 days of refusal to pay, with numerous conversations, after I've taken off from work this afternoon, they say that there is nothing on their system.

YET, the woman that transferred me to the manager today, can remember it clearly.

No answer at head office.

Hope they get this message and we can have some sattisfaction.
