Lenasia branch: unprofessional and ***********.

Worst experience at the Lenasia branch, never setting foot there again. I arrived at the store at 14:00 on Tuesday the 11th of November, and met Ashley the sales person who was completely clueless about everything. I wanted a Slumberland double base set and he (Ashley) had a quotation made for me for a Medispine which I did not want. This was after Queen the manager said, the bed I wanted was for 16 year olds, and the mattress would sink after sometime, completely unsolited advise, which made me rather uncomfortable. Ashley made the quotation based on his managers remarks and not on mine as a customer, the manager was given the contract and did not thoroughly go through it with me and thus I am the one who picked this mistake up. The constant asking of whether I am married or not threw me off completely because how was/is it related to my purchase. I left the store around 17:05 angry and disappointed because for 3 full hours my time was wasted, I still did not have the bed in my possession nor was the whole process completed. I will look for the bed elsewhere, clearly Lewis does not need my money.
