Laptop no return

hellopeter Mrs F.N Mangesi sent a laptop for repairs to Lewis Store in Queenstown Eastern Cape on January 6th still hasn't return it's been long now we need it for schoolwork and it is still being paid for, your assistance will be appreciated thank you
