Laptop

My issue is still not resolved even after I hv logged a complaint, since the manager of Lewis promised to call me on back from last week, till today its quiet like nothing happened I am not sure if they know of customer service OR...how can I recommend someone else to buy anything there.. After so much suffering I went through the 12th is around the corner, I hv a submission for school and guess what, I am still in no position of a laptop.
