Laptop

LEWIS PROTEA GLEN MALL.... I had the worst experience Ever, I bought a laptop end of May and when I tried to use the laptop it was not working it was very slow, I took it bc to the store and they said the will log a call for the IT to look in to it, no one came b c to me I was the one doing follow ups, when I got the shop after 2 weeks It was still at the shop, when I called. The manager asked me what was the problem, she was not even updated by her stuff. I told them I need to use for school purposes, I even missed my assignment submission on the 29th of July.. I regret buying a laptop there, they told me about process they mst follow but it took them close to 3weeks and it failed, they costing me time, money and a set back with my school work.
