Lack of service delivery

I bought a bed and stove last year December they told me I'll be insured fine . This year my base broke and not I'm sleeping in an uncomfortable position I tried to claim sent photos they saw but till date nothing has been done but I pay . This is bad now I want to buy a sofa but I'm hesitant because it means nothing will be done should something happen even though I pay for insurance too
