Lack of principals

At some atage after complaining numerous times about this company and my concerns being escalated to it's head office, i assumed some sort of solutions will be implimented on improving on there customer service however i was wrong.

There service seem to drop each and every time you get into contact with them and its not just at branch levels only it's all the way from its head office. The whole of last year they were blaming everything to covid19 lockdown regulations and i don't know what's are the excuses this time.

I am seriously struggling with the incompetence and the professionalism of this companies employees. I am extremely frustrated by this company and i warn the public AVOID EVER BRINGING BUSINESS TO THIS COMPANY!!! Tame my word.
