Lack of communication no willingness to accommodate customers
On the 21/12/2020 I have send a mail to the customer care/ Head office of Lewis at 4.04 pm this was the last of several mails I have send them requesting them to get the branch to liaise with me via email seeing that I am a long distance cross border trucker to date no reply and no Benoni Branch emails !! I am so tired of these staff members I can puke !!

You are useless I am going to take this matter further I am contacting ADRA via mail today !!!!!!!!!!!!! after that the onbudsman !!!!!As your branch send another driver to my home a delivery driver to come collect cash who gave them permission for that ?????????????//

My last payment to this account was R1000.00 end of October in the interim I decided to stop battling to pay all debt specially after lockdown so I started to settle my accounts end of November and left this account for last as I dont have the full settlement , I intend to however catch up as soon as possible but I will not be harassed threatened or have *********** people that are send to my house without my knowledge who can not even read or pronounce my surname demanding money and disgracing not only themselves but also the people at my home I am not going to stand for this , please enlighten me on who Mr Jacobson is seriously ????????????????????
On numerous occasions your clerk who phones for money and even today the 21/12/2020 the *********** person who was at my home was told to communicate with me via email as I am a trucker , I have send request to the Head Office even to request communication via email as I can not always answer my phone I DRIVE ABNORMALL LOADS DO YOU GET IT NOW ???
I am also fully aware of the ADRA -Debt Collectors Association of SA act and laws ! I am also fully aware of the leniency act after lockdown !
I am attaching both accounts I have paid up 27/11/2020 and 04/12/2020 then I will also state again R192. was ****** from me disgracefully you people make me sick at Lewis
My next Payment on the above mentioned account will be before 30/12/2020, I am now requesting for the final and last time communication via email so inform your branch !
I hope to have this account up to date by end of 01/01/2021
