I recently lodged a complaint with Lewis Stores regarding the purchase of a lounge suit that had a manufacturing defect. The concern was more about the lack of support received in resolving the issue rather than the issue with the lounge suit itself.

I was contacted by the Lewis area manager in KZN, and the issue was resolved within a two-minute phone call.
