K.W.T branch is a joke!

Lewis is at it again🤦♀️your K.W.T branch is letting you down! I could call the shop but I'm unable to, either way they told my mother only the head office can fix this.

My mother got a call from Lewis telling her she won a grocery voucher and for her to go and sign for her gift, she goes there waits for over an hour for the manager to get to work and doesn't get the R500 voucher the manager told us she would and gave her another day to come back again and this is an elderly woman. Mind you, she only gets paid once a month so this was a total waste of time and money lewis can't give back, they call her to come on Thursday which is today and they still called her for nothing because guess what?! The voucher is R5000 and She can only spend the voucher at the store. She was made to sign for this she has not received or even want for that matter, how is this now a gift voucher? They continue to tell her she is rude while they are the ones wasting our time and money, my mother spend the entire day there and she can not express her frustration unfortunately because she is getting a "Free" gift! If lewis doesn't want to give out gifts what is this all about? My mother signed a consent form for lewis to publish her before she was even given the so called gift for this???! and this is before she was told she can ONLY spend the voucher at Lewis and at that specific shop.

My mother is almost 70 years old and she is not happy with this service neither am i be it this is a gift or something we bought.

Though she has signed for the gift, we will not be taking it thank you.
