Well done staff, my very first time in a Lewis Store, so I did not know what to expect? Today, this afternoon Tuesday 15th Feb 22 my wife and I went in to buy a Queen size bed.

We were greeted just inside the entrance by the closest salesman who offered us hand cleaner.

Winston who had previoysly assisted us telephonically, came to greet us and was helpful friendly and professional.

The store manager also came to say hello and chatted briefly.

When we had paid , Winston walked with us to the car park.

It was such a wonderful surprise because everything went so well.

Well done to all the staff who were neatly dressed, the store was clean, and everybody professional!
