Kelvinator 10kg top loader/ oil leak

Good day On 21-09-2017 I baught a Kelvinator 10kg Top Loader from Lewis Store Hercules Pretoria. In the first month I have notived vissable oil marks on white and cream clothing and bedding. This was reported more than one time and today ( 27-11-2017) a technician came to my premisses. His response was that he saw this kind of problem more than once and do I need to pre wash my mechine without clothing with hot water and jik. Currently I am running out of patients and after an amount of R4999.99, I truly expected a better service. The total amount on cash furniture we spend at Lewis was more than R25000.00.

Believe me you I am not a happy customer!!

Please assist me in getting better resaults from Lewis Hercules.
